1. Every detail of the hotel is on point! We had a great stay. Everything looks new, shiny and extremely clean. 2. Family room is perfect for 2 adults + 1 kid, there's a door separating the 2 areas. Big balcony. Comfortable beds. Our room was on the 9th floor with an awesome view of the endless pine forest. 3. Good AC. Elevators work great. 4. Nice staff, polite and always helpful. 5. Pool and SPA area - the cleanest Spa I've ever been to. Big 25 m, 3 corridor pool great for swimming (training), not just relaxing. Loved that time at the pool/spa was not limited. 6. Big private parking (paid). But there are also free parking spots near the hotel. 7. Location - Beautiful quiet area, 3 min walk to a gorgeous beach (Bulduri). You need to take the car to visit Jurmala, but I loved staying in this quieter area. The beach is also more wild and natural, than that in Jurmala. Water is very shallow. 8. Outdoor playground. Paid indoor playground. 9. Restaurant: delicious food, nice staff, loved taking our meals here. Kids menu is great. Kids play corner in the restaurant is awesome, with lots of toys. 9. Breakfast is good.

Beautiful gym was one of the best I have ever seen in any hotel, ever - had a cardio room, a fitness room, a cycle studio, and on a separate floor had 2 weights rooms fitted with very high quality weights and free weights equipment - enough to satisfy the most zealous of gym goers! Beautiful and large swimming pool accompanied by not one, not two but three saunas of differing temperatures to suit all guest types including children-friendly atmosphere there as well. Jacuzzi and separate pool off the main pool, with plenty of sun loungers as well ... all-in-all an incredible atmosphere, facilities and experience. There is also full spa facilities there as well for those who want it. Also right next to a beautiful sandy beach! Really incredible stay even though it was the middle of winter!

The Jurmala Spa is a modern spa resort and conference center, only a short walk away from the beach. It offers free WiFi in public areas and parking for extra charge.

The place is simply amazing. It has all you may need for the relaxing stay. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, pillows and blankets perfect. Good size bathrom. The cherry on top was the spa. Not only the saunas and pool, but also the programs that are offered by qualified staff. We took salt room, foot massage, back massage, lymph drainage, and all were great. The staff both on the hotel as well in the spa were very kind and hospitable, we felt very welcome. We left the hotel rejuvenated.

This is Jurmala, which speaks for itself. A quiet, peaceful place under the crowns of pine trees, the hotel has a good SPA center, sauna, Turkish hamam (steam room), swimming pool. Very friendly team, I am very grateful to everyone. One incident occurred that further strengthened my respect for the staff: having left the hotel, my wife discovered that she had lost her smartphone. The smartphone was found by the staff and returned. Well done!

Really cosy and luxurious treasure hotel only 2+ years old. Everything is clean and done with style and elegance. Exactly behind the building of the Science Academy from which observation terrace we started our Riga exploring. The staff were very kind and helpful. They have luggage room in case you need before check-in or after check-out. Excellent!
