The wonderfull colonial house with 2 nice little patios with beautiful flowers and a nice little terasse where you can enjoy you're breakfast is only surpassed by the heartfelt welcome you get by the host. The common faciltitiea and the backyard are just amazing, especially if you have a day off in Arequipa and want to just relax. It has a great vibe, the staff is nice, there are sunbeds availableamd you can have have drinks/food at the bar. Out of all the hotels we staid in Peru - this one we enjoyed the most. It is also a mix of a hostel and hotel vibe, which I very much appreciate as it allows you to meet other people

My very late check in was quick and smooth. The room and bed were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The staff were professional, personable, and helpful. Location within a few blocks of central Arequipa. All that was great, but the breakfast was beyond superb! Oh, my goodness! Perfect omelette made to order and a countertop covered with so many fresh goodies. Sliced baked ham, cheeses, sweet and savory breads, fresh fruits, and topped off with chocolate-covered strawberries and candied oranges. What a great way to start Valentine's Day every day!

Fabulous central location. Great roof top restaurant with amazing sunrise /sunset views. They had a good live Peruvian band the Saturday I was there. Large spacious room with balcony. Comfy warm bed. Lovely relaxing music playing. Amazing breakfast that kept me going all day ! I’m gluten and lactose intolerant so breakfasts can be tricky, but Jesshe really provided a healthy, delicious and nutritious selection for me.
