Lovely rooms , modern yet spacious! Very much liked that they practice sustainability with no single use plastics ! The Starbucks attached to the hotel served great coffee and fresh croissants!

As soon as you enter, the staff on the first floor welcome you and guide you to reception, offering a very pleasant iced tea after your journey to arrive. A very warm welcome from reception, a spacious, clean and perfectly equipped room. A perfect relaxation area, with everything available on site. A pleasant pool with a lovely view. Everything has been thought of for visitors. Breakfast is a large and varied buffet, both sweet and savory. Perhaps the 10 a.m. opening time is a bit tight, but understandable since the place welcomes visitors for lunch. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel, if I get the chance, I'll be back.

This is truly a place you must stay. We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!

very friendly staff since the moment we arrived. I could speak Mandarin but I also really appreciated that the staff was very willing to speak English to my partner. breakfast spread (both Taiwanese and western breakfast) were amazing. Loved the pineapple cakes and bought extras to bring back home! also loved the comfortable slippers from the room and wanted to buy a pair but too bad my size was not available.

I had a wonder stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable. We had a staycation there so we spent most of our time in the room. The bed is huuuge and the TV as well. The room is bright enough during the day and I enjoyed the street view from our room. The hotel also comes with a lounge bar and cigar bar that’s worth a visit. The location is also optimal, the MRT station is right across the street.

Tucked away about a 30-minute ride from the main areas. Nangang neighbourhood is peaceful and great to walk around. Courtyard rooms were lush and spacious. Staff super friendly too!

It’s near in Taipie 101 and many shopping mall , it’s down town so I do love to stay especially our room ‘ view in Taipie 101 for sure I’ll be back in the future 🥰 excellent service , the room was so clean good job to the housekeeping department

I loved this hotel. The swimming pool was wonderful and the spa was even better - a perfect way to end a busy day of sightseeing. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Location isn't near much of interest for tourists, but very easy to get places via bus or metro. Lots of good breakfast cafes nearby too if you don't have breakfast in the hotel.
