Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. We travel a lot and this apartament is one of our favorites ever. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back :)

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Everything was great. It was a gastronomic show during the dinner. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. Impressive location.

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. Great location to explore the town on foot. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Rooms very clean. The onsite bar is great to relax and the drinks are well priced. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations – it was truly the highlight of our entire trip! Every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered, and the bed was incredibly comfy – we slept like babies! We loved waking up to the beautiful view, and the location couldn't be better. There are fantastic restaurants just downstairs and a vibrant shopping street only a 2-minute walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi bookings and recommending great local spots to eat. One of the best parts? The room was completely soundproof – we didn’t hear a single noise from outside or within the hotel.

Situated 30 km from Naturland, El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Spacious, very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped to make family meals. Car parking easy and secure. A short walk across the road to the lift. No need to tangle with the very busy car park. Spa area is fab and very welcome after a long day skiing, all spotless too and never busy. Laundry area on 4th floor really helpful as are heated ski lockers opposite apartments. Overall very well equipped. Sound proofing between apartments great, never heard anyone else, same cannot be said for the road, see below. El Tarter much quieter overall than Soldeu where the rest of our group stayed. If you have an injured person with you (we had a lame daughter with a rugby injury): the Caldea Spa in La Vella is really worth a half day or two, just book in advance. Tweens and teens will love the shopping in La Vella too.

Pablo was the best receptionist ever, he gave us the best spot to park our car, the best free wardrobes, and free bath tubs. He was always with a huge smile saluting us.
