Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. We travel a lot and this apartament is one of our favorites ever. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back :)

Situated 30 km from Naturland, El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Spacious, very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped to make family meals. Car parking easy and secure. A short walk across the road to the lift. No need to tangle with the very busy car park. Spa area is fab and very welcome after a long day skiing, all spotless too and never busy. Laundry area on 4th floor really helpful as are heated ski lockers opposite apartments. Overall very well equipped. Sound proofing between apartments great, never heard anyone else, same cannot be said for the road, see below. El Tarter much quieter overall than Soldeu where the rest of our group stayed. If you have an injured person with you (we had a lame daughter with a rugby injury): the Caldea Spa in La Vella is really worth a half day or two, just book in advance. Tweens and teens will love the shopping in La Vella too.

Pablo was the best receptionist ever, he gave us the best spot to park our car, the best free wardrobes, and free bath tubs. He was always with a huge smile saluting us. The rooms at Serras Andorra are designed with your well-being in mind, our 57 rooms and suites are very spacious and bright. Most rooms have mountain views and have a balcony or terrace. Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality). Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice). Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.

Adult guests at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa have daily access to the impressive Sport Wellness Mountain Spa for free for 2 consecutive hours per day. It includes pools of varying temperatures, a large pool with jets and 2 outdoor hydrotherapy baths with views of the slopes. Please take note that , these pools are not for swim. No pools for swim are available in Winter season.We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions. Also, it is very important you consider before reserving a room that Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Bear in mind, that swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit and mandatory to be used always inside it. The property is stunning in every way from layout to interior design.

Both the food, all the team and hotel were exceptional. We will be returning in a few weeks time. We travel a lot and see this as a very rare find. Extremely professional, nice, attentive and helpful staff. Very clean and well-groomed property. Easy to travel by local bus (L 4 line) to all nearby points of interest.

Boasting accommodation with a terrace, Isard Penthouse & Spa is situated in El Tarter. This apartment also has a private pool. The spa and wellness centre includes a sauna, hammam, fitness room and steam room. We stayed for 6 nights, and could not have had a better trip. By far the best stay I’ve had in Andorra. The apartment was incredible, the chair lift is no more than 1 minutes walk from the building but above all, dealing with Aleix was an absolute pleasure. He accommodated me after initial dates had to be changed due to lack of snow at the very start of the season and made the entire stay easy and truly unforgettable, we will definitely be staying here again. Aleix is without a doubt the kindest and most genuine type of gentleman one could encounter, the property is 10/10 and Aleix’s care to detail is 12/10 🤟🏼
