Excellent staff, very friendly receptionists, fast check in and out. Concierge and valet man - the same, only superlatives. Nice clean room, big enough for four adults (family), comfortable beds. A good benefit was the filtered water well on every level. And probably the best shower, that I ever had in hotels worldwide!!! Around plenty restaurants. We can only recommend!!!

Este complejo construido en 1888 es un sitio histórico nacional y presenta un estilo inspirado en un castillo de barón escocés. Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel accommodated a change in our booking even though they did not need to, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite and they ensured we got a gift cheese board for our anniversary! Just wow! And, it did not hurt that the hotel looks like something out of a fairytale! Could not recommend strongly enough!

This was a totally equipped 1 bedroom condo. There was coffee and tea on the cupboard and everythng including a washer and dryer and all things needed to use it. Wonderful view with a deck ffacing both mountain groupings.

The location was fantastic to get into Canmore and to drive out to Banff. It was the perfect base station for all of our activities. The underground garage was quite useful with all the snow.

This is a very spacious accommodation which can actually have 7 pax if you squeeze a bit. Initially, 1 of us was to take the sofa bed but there was a bunker bed in the 2nd room hence 3 of us squeezed in (bottom bunker was a double bed). The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was even adequate cooking oil, salt & pepper! Kitchen is large and so is the dining and living area. Well heated too - easy to control the temperature in the property. Communication with the property was a breeze (unlike my experience with some Vancouver & Calgary properties). It is a little out of town, on the outskirts but still very walkable into main street. Parking is underground and secure.
