Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

The rooms have a view of the fjord, lots of lighting and spaciousness for optimal comfort. They also have a wooden covering that provides Patagonian warmth. They were so kind to us. I made a request that they could not achieve, so they made us a very nice surprise and gift. Amazing place and staff
