The hotel is very comfortable, located by the beach, breakfest and food is super. Very nice outdoor swimming pool.

El Alisa Hotel North Ridge es un hotel con aire acondicionado, jardín con piscina exterior y solárium ubicado a 10 minutos en coche de la playa y a 13 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. I liked the hospitality of the staff members. I also liked how responsive and kind everybody was. I was there for a conference responsible also for the organizations. The banquet management staff especially Leslie and Michael were exceptionally helpful and flexible. We requested a different conference room that fits our need better and there was no issue with it. We were at meeting room Volta and I would like to say thank you for the ladies that were responsible for our coffee breaks, for attending our needs. But also, the staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Thank you for the chefs for this experience. My room was always spotless and clean and when requesting and ironing board and an iron Helen came to my room to hand them over to me. She was very nice and kind and helpful with me.

Friendly helpful staff. Nothing was any bother. The facility does not serve evening meals but Salomon on the night shift gave us several menus and ordered the dinner of our choice. Luxurious room. Beautiful art work and objects throughout hotel.
