Our room (No. 13) offered a breathtaking view of Mikro and Megalo Papigo, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was cozy and comfortable, complete with a lovely fireplace that added to the charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent tips on places to visit and activities to enjoy in the area. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape in nature!

Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms , towels , toiletries Apivita were amazing. Spa facilities very clean and well presented. A big shout out for the perfect and delicious breakfast 10/10!!!! The hotel boasts 200 exceptionally designed rooms and suites offering richly appointed living rooms and luxurious marbled bathrooms. All guests can enjoy breakfast served in the privacy of their rooms. The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional, local style that gave it a unique touch. It was also very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the local pies and desserts. My favorite part of the stay was having coffee by the pool in the morning with the city view in the distance. I also appreciated the delicious welcome treats, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
