Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant.

Hotel guests can take advantage of the hotel's spa facilities, relax in the steamy sauna and soak in the exhilarating hot tub. There is also a tennis court and a gym. The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible. To top it all off, on the last day that we left the hotel to catch a flight early in the morning, we accidentally left our passports inside the safety box in our room. From the airport security (about an hour before the flight) I called the hotel and told the reception about this emergency situation, and after about 15 minutes my passport is delivered to the airport, without me having to pay anything for this! If this does not define the highest level of their hospitality, then I guess nothing else would :)

The suites were amazing, serene, and so welcoming, the view was nice, the pool is good (but not heated to my preference, it could do with a couple more degrees), the food was great. All in all, the best experience in Santorini was this hotel and that was because of one thing, the staff. Especially Rosy and Thanasis (Thanos), great people to hang around with, great service, amazing and sooooooo kind.

We had a wonderful holiday in Santorini, and a big thank you goes to the owner, Stella, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The weather at the end of April was quite unpredictable, and the sea was still too cold for swimming, so the hot tub turned out to be a perfect and much-appreciated feature. The place itself is charming and peaceful - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the island. Highly recommended!

The suite was beautiful — very clean, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing sea view and our own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to the center of Fira, but still peaceful and quiet. And the staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and discreet — they made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. It was everything we hoped for in a honeymoon stay. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Stayed in a beautiful suite with a perfect sunset view. Very delicious breakfast and very nice staff. The pool was also great.

What made it so special was not only the beauty of Santorini and the hotel itself but the incredible hospitality of the owners. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect — from sharing local tips and helping us plan our days, to simply spending time chatting with us and making us feel truly at home. They took care of every little problem to make our stay perfect. Every little detail showed how much they care about their guests. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. We are so grateful for this experience and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Santorini.
