Lovely staff, excellent short menu in Fawn restaurant and quiet rooms for weary travellers like us. No downsides, would definitely visit again. And yes, they offer gluten free and are aware of allergens - this was heightened by absence of carpet in the room: they have parquet!

Spa and pool facilities were excellent. I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff, they were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Top quality coffee machine in the room.

El Lyrath Estate Kilkenny se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad de Kilkenny, en medio de 68 hectáreas de zonas verdes. Breakfeast and dinner were exceptional and the staff was very friendly. The room was really large and the view beautiful. So was the whole estate. The electric car charging station was the icing on the cake.

The warm atmosphere when we entered the castle and attention of the reception we got made a big impression which we loved. The staff were so friendly and obliging and really made us feel at home there. I had been away for several months and at dinner received welcome home from the staff which both my wife and I felt very touched by. The room was ideal and the quality of the beds gave us such a great nights sleep that it was the first thing we commented on when we woke up in the morning. The food there was of the highest quality and I cannot rate this hotel high enough on all aspects. It really was a magical getaway for us as a couple
