El Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel & SPA está situado en el Matera Sassi, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Absolutely fabulous stay. Great location, comfortable rooms. Spa was lovely and relaxing. We dined in restaurant onsite and it was absolutely fabulous- a great meal and experience. The maitre d' was a lovely person and he really added to our experience. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant for a high- class experience. Would love to stay here again.

Vetera Matera está muy bien situado en el barrio de Sassi di Matera, Matera, a 7 min a pie de Palombaro Lungo, a 300 metros de Matera Cathedral y a 8 min a pie de MUSMA Museum. We absolutely loved our stay at Vetera Matera. We had a very late arrival, around 11pm, and the staff were beyond accomodating. Our transfer shuttle met us at the packing garage and the communication was seemless. Giovanni was at reception upon check in, and was an absolute delight. Francesco was also very helpful, with wine and snacks ready when requested even at such a late arrvial time. Both were so proud of the hotel and the area, full of great tips and lots of history about the hotel and the area. Our room was amazing, we had a terrace which was so great to see the view late at night. The breakfast was lovely too, and we were sad we were only there for one night! Can not recommend this hotel enough. A great location to discover the town, with the friendliest of staff! (Fillipe who carried our bags up and down those stairs and drove us back to our car was amazing as well).

Staying at MOYΣEION felt like stepping back into the world of Magna Graecia. The welcome ritual performed by Davide made the whole experience really special and set the tone for our stay. The service was outstanding, the staff incredibly helpful, and the cave pool was just breathtaking—my friend Pete especially loved the statues surrounding it. The togas, rituals, and attention to detail made the whole visit immersive and memorable. I also recommend booking an Ape Car tour through the front desk when you arrive—it’s the perfect way to explore Matera. Plus, if you call ahead, they’ll even arrange a pickup from the bus station, which is really convenient.

Dimora Del Corso se encuentra en Rotonda y dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, bar y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Me gustó todo. Tiene las comodidades de los mejores hoteles pero a la vez es como estar en la propia casa. Entras y te reciben como si fueras de la familia. Los desayunos son abundantes. Las habitaciones son luminosas. Se destaca la limpieza. El personal siempre está disponible para hacer de la estadía una experiencia inolvidable. Lo recomiendo

Cenobio Hotel & SPA Matera está muy bien situado en el barrio de Sassi di Matera, Matera, a 11 min a pie de Palombaro Lungo, a 200 metros de Matera Cathedral y a 6 min a pie de MUSMA Museum. The staff are great and helpful. The room is so modern and nice. The view is just perfect.

Il Carrubo residenza Walk&Stay se encuentra en Matera y dispone de centro de fitness, terraza, bar y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El alojamiento está en una zona insuperable. Estás dentro de Sassi con unas vistas increíbles. El amanecer desde la puerta/ventana de la habitación es un regalo que me llevaré por siempre en el corazón. Súper limpio, mobiliario muy nuevo y cómodo. Todo espectacular. La atención del anfitrión es súper cálida y amable. Nos recibió apenas bajamos del bus (que nos tomamos frente al parking q nos deja abajo en la ciudad) y es justo frente al lugar. Así que llegar fue muy fácil y rápido. El checking y check out perfecto. Y el desayuno muy bueno. Precio calidad excelente.

Moma Hotel Wellness & Spa se encuentra en Lavello, a 20 km de Castle of Melfi, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y bar. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The AC was cold and the WiFi fast. We were able to park our car in a lot in front of the hotel or in the underground garage. Best of all, the staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend!
