I would highly recommend this hotel for first timers to Amman because the location is peaceful and near downtown. Plus its easy to take taxi. In addition, the hotel is clean, there is a salon and the staff are helpful and super friendly. Many thanks to Emad for managing my booking and also to Osama and Ayed. Great job and will book again if I come to Amman.

Towering over Amman, Le Royal is home to a luxurious 3-floor shopping mall. Panoramic fitness rooms, a mudroom and a hairdresser are available at the spa. Emad was incredibly helpful and was very kind to give us an upgrade. All the staff have been very accommodating and greeting us with a smile wherever we go. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again if I come back to Amman.

Excelente como la primera vez quedándome en Jordan me hicieron un upgrade gratis. Tienen piscina jacuzzi super caliente. Volveré seguramente apenas venga an Amman. 💯 recomendado.

Amazing staff. Very kind, very professional, so special. Two of us were celebrating our wedding anniversary and your people went far, far beyond our dreams and expectations. They made us fell like we celebrated this occasion with family and friends, thanks for that. We will remember this forever. Flowers, gift, everything! Unfortunetly, we don't remember all staff names, but our dinner at Zenith was memorable thank to Sohaib. And during our last day breakfast we were surprised again by a delicious love pancake and wishes and best spa treament that we ever had. We travel a lot, but this place is on the very top of hospitality.

Muy buen hotel. Personal muy amable. Viajé con mi hija de 13 años, nos sentimos muy seguras y con mucho confort. Pedí que me reservaran con una guía mujer (Nadine) para ir a Petra y tanto ella como el conductor fueron excelentes. Tanto que los volvimos a reservar para el día siguiente y , gracias al late check out que nos dio el hotel, alcanzamos a ir al Mar Muerto y Río Jordan antes de ir al aeropuerto.
