The service was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner offered great variety. Anytime I made a request, it was attended to promptly, and I appreciated that reception always called back to confirm everything had been handled. Security was a top priority for me when choosing a place to stay, as well as a kid-friendly environment—and Sarova delivered on both. My daughter absolutely loved the kids’ area, especially thanks to Claris, whom she still talks about to this day. I also want to mention Sarafina, who was wonderful with children and truly knew how to engage with them, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The pool felt very safe, and having a lifeguard on duty at all times gave me great peace of mind. And finally, the spa and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax and unwind, with excellent massages to complete the experience. Overall, Sarova exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return.

Serena Beach Resort - Firstly the warm welcome from the Staff was a nice touch. Came in on a really early flight and was accommodated. Everything explained about the resort. The team changing out the rooms each day were meticulous in their duties, bathrooms, floors all nice an clean. Bedrooms were turned down each evening Site was clean and well looked after. Access to the Beach was great, an excellent place to relax for a few days
