The hotel organized the sea plane transfers from Male at our request and had a representative waiting at arrivals to make the transfer stress free. This is also the same on the return leg of the journey and they assisted us with check in and security checks. All food we had tried during our stay was excellent, Raha provides plenty of options for food breakfast and dinner. All the staff were extremely friendly during our stay making conservation with guests and making them feel welcome, with particular mention to Zar who we got talking to on multiple occasions in Raha. There are lots of watersports activities to choose from.

Breakfast is available daily, and includes continental and buffet options. Normally I am not the "all icl" person but it was so great over there. For me, all icl was really necessary, you don't have shops or other restaurants at the island (there is 1 little souvenier shop but not a supermarket or sth like this). The food was really good (buffet; pasta station - loved it!! - currys, desert station, Pizza, meat etc. Small island (when you take a walk at the beach you are done with the whole island in ~10 Mins :D but a lot to see / do: Pool (no people there; maybe just at the evening), good food & cocktails, animals (geckos & bigger ones are everywhere on trees, fruit bats, ginger the cat, a grey heron, two little parrots, little sharks, octopus & rays esp at dusk; take a torch at night or you will step on a crab :D). staff is very nice, especially the cooks at the pasta station! there are a lot of italians on the island, but animation is in english too (movie night, sports, music quiz etc). our water bugalow was very spacious and great! we didnt wear shoes on the whole island (even at dinner there is a sandy bottom) <3 Would definetely recomend a stay on this island and book again!

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, the location is very good, you can get to any restaurant, shop or beach in a few minutes. There is a beach just across the road, sunbeds are for free. In fact, you can walk around on the beach to the other side of the island - nice walk in a nice scenery. The room was spacious and clean. We got free snorkeling gear. We had breakfast and dinner included, which was in a restaurant next door - food choice was good and tasty, great value for money.

Right by the beach, the room is comfortable with a great air con, and the staff is extremely flexible and welcoming, going above and beyond to make your stay great.

Every room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms feature views of the sea or garden. All rooms include a private bathroom. Coral Reef was amazing and still intact, which is very rare to find ina maldivian resort for the price. I personally recomend the Vila exursion tour for snorkeling with whale sharks and mantas. we stayed in the garden villas which is the cheapest solution and enables the entry to the second tier restaurant. food and service where still very good but if you prefer a more luxurious placement i definately recomment the beach villa or water villas.

Continental and buffet breakfast options are available each morning at Veligandu Maldives Resort Island. It's second time we visit Veligandu and first time after renovation. Everything was great. The house reef is wondreful with many turtles, rays, lots of fishes. Dive center is great providing many options even for the beginners. We took dolphin cruise and it was great experience, Food at Dhonveli restaurant (buffet) is various and delicious with some special theme every evening. The whole island is calm and great for leisure. Surely will return here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, everything sparkling clean, well maintained, amazing food, perfect location with rich sea life. It was a perfect choice and we definitely recommend it. The guest house features a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and sun terrace. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Cottage, the room was nice with a fun open air shower, the owner and staff were beyond kind and helped make it a great experience for my 80 year old Mother who travelled with me.
