The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and the serene atmosphere made it the perfect escape. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Their warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our stay. We loved having access to snorkels and paddleboards, which allowed us to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. It was a blissful experience that we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this paradise to anyone seeking relaxation and adventure in a breathtaking setting.

A vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free breakfast is available at the property. The hosting family was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and kind. Breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day, and the same goes for dinner—simply outstanding. Every meal (when not plant-based) had a thoughtfully prepared vegan option, which was a delightful touch. The internet connection was impressively fast throughout my stay. I’ve traveled extensively, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotels/lodges I’ve ever experienced—perhaps even the best when considering the price-to-quality ratio.

All units come with a terrace with garden views, a kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower. I have just finished my stay at Jungle Paunch and I really want to go back. Maxi is a great host, be will do everything to make you feel comfortable and help with whatever you need. Inside the cabins you will find the story of how Jungle Paunch was built and it is simply inspiring; a true eco lodge. the surroundings are magnificent and you can hear not only all the sounds of the jungle, but also the waves crashing in the sea very close by. an extraordinary experience, with regular visits from many animals! There is also a higher platform on the property that is excellent for meditating in the early morning and late afternoon! the Paunch area is very quiet, and Bluff beach - one of the owners’ passions - is well worth the visit. (UV Filtered drinking water) Property is located 9.6 km from the center of Isla Colon. Amazing location, amazing staff and beautiful house and food!

Vegetarian and gluten-free options can also be requested. Breakfast was not as good as dinner. The bathrooms didn’t function well

The villas, jungle lodges and condos offer air conditioning, flat-screen TV and a luxury bathrooms with free toiletries and hairdryer. The villas also feature a living area, a kitchen and coffee maker. The Villa #53 was great, amazing pool, and sloths in the back yard. Pool is 7ft deep, so really young kids need float. Check in was good, trolly to rooms and they delivered our bags. Restruant food was really amazing. Best view ever while eating.!!

Popa Paradisa is now Clothing Optional- guests are free to use the pool and beach wearing a bathing suit, topless, or entirely unclothed (nude).
