In the range of rooms available, there are 3 exclusive royal suites and 2 superior suites with views over the Tagus River or over the old town. Location is super central. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good! We loved the decor and the little details in every corner of the hotel!

The hotel is very close to the airport (around 5 min walking) and they also have a shuttle, which is quite handy. Staff is great and helpful. They gave me an upgrade for free, so I ended up with an even better room. By the way, the room was lovely and comfy.

The breakfast selection was great; staff was very attentive, in particular Enil; great for family with young kids with playparks nearby; rooms, wellness spa, sauna, pool all lovely. Special chocolate treat on new year’s Eve was a nice touch. Kudos to lobby staff, door men, porters, cleaning crew for their superb service.
