Had a great stay here. . The staff is friendly and helpful .One of the young sweetie polite staff helped to solve the toilet bowl clogged problem. She is very helpful and pleasant. When we check out, the grab driver can't locate the hotel since it is a bit remote .. She helped us to instruct the driver since we don't speak vietnamese language. Lastly the driver took more than 15 minutes to locate the hotel .
