The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly - they even gave us lovely red envelopes for TET as we checked out which I thought was a lovely gesture! If I were ever to be in Da Lat again this is the only hotel I would book!

We were visiting during the low season so it was nice to get into sauna after rainy day outside. The room was clean, spacious, we didn't have any issues with hot water. The internet connection was also good enough for work.
