The location is a bit up which requested just a little bit of walking (upward) but for those who are aware of that (and/or sporty types) this will be great. The walk up was a very good idea after a nice lunch or dinner by the lake. The property is well equipped (especially the kitchen - more than you can expect, eg a regular size fridge and stove), plus a hairdryer and an iron. The bed is very comfortable (as for a person with back issues). Planty of space in a wardrobe. One full bathroom and one with a toilet. Very good heating system (we did not use air conditioning) and very good internet. The place is very good, clean, comfortable and quit. We enjoyed early morning walks (many places to go with dogs). The place is a bit hidden from shops and regular traffic (which was perfect for us)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lake Como! The mountain and lake views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking — we could have spent hours just soaking it all in. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. Our host Elena was incredibly sweet and welcoming, especially with our two-year-old, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Angel is an amazing host. We spent 2 days here and we were blown away by the hospitality of Angel. He is like a family member and always available and helped us with many local tips. The property itself is very cosy and comfortable. Everything you need is there. We spent time here with 2 young kids and they loved this serene place right in the middle of pure nature. A lake front, chirping birds and soulful.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! The room was cozy, clean, and really well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the calm, peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet area with not a lot around, but that actually made it feel even more special—like a perfect little escape. The communication with the host was excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We also really appreciated the lovely touches like cookies, coffee, and tea waiting for us.
