Julia the host was very friendly, she even called and messaged us when she discovered a bag that we had left behind after checking out. Julia had thought of most things one could need. The accommodation consisted of bedroom, lounge/diner and bathroom. Everything was very clean, coffee/tea making facilities, cups etc in lounge. Large TV in lounge, large desk at end of bed. Bed lovely and comfortable. Welcome pastries and milk were found in the fridge. Welcome messages and card signed by all the family found in the lounge. The place was exceptionally clean, and the house condition was a perfect 10/10. We rented the upper level, which included two bedrooms and a living room, fully equipped with everything we needed—towels, bedding, TV, internet, cookware, dishes, and more. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great, just a 7-10 minute walk to Dutch Lake. Heating and A/C worked perfectly, and the rooms were bright with plenty of natural sunlight. The management team was incredibly friendly, kind, and quick to resolve any issues. Plus, the fireplace in front of the house added a wonderful touch to our vacation. Next time we travel to Clearwater, we’ll definitely rent this place again. Highly recommended!
