The room was modern, well equipped, and generally clean. The view and the swimming pool were stunning. We received a very warm welcome and were given plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. The accommodation is ideally located.

Very nice, modern and clean house with big balconies and partial sea view. Close to the center of Agios Nikolaos, where you can find restaurants, taverns, etc. Alexandros was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nikoloudi Estate se encuentra en Agios Nikolaos, en la región de Peloponeso, a 12 min a pie de Playa de Pantazi. Ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, zona de barbacoa, jardín y parking privado gratis. We liked EVERYTHING! From the simple check-in experience all the way to the fact that the house was cleaned every other day (5 times during our 10-day stay), together with towels being replaced, coffee pads filled up etc. The house itself is wonderful, it's got everything you may ever need, plus it's spacious and has 3 AC units (which you'll need in South of Peloponnesos). We especially liked the upper semi-covered balcony with the sun-beds. If you're considering visiting the Mani Region - don't look further, it's everything you might've wished for.

Sofilia view house se encuentra en Argilia y ofrece jardín y terraza. Everything was perfect! The view is amazing, the hosts were extremely kind (we thank you for everything!!) You’ll find everything you need at this accommodation. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on and again, that view, when you wake up, it’s just amazing. The kitchen has all you need to cook and it’s very clean. There’s a small fridge with a freezer, perfect for 2 people. The bathroom has all the amenities. Everything was clean. This place is more than worth it. I cannot recommend it enough! We’ll come back! The terrace is perfect for enjoying a frappe or a glass of wine at night. There’s also enough space for you to do a workout, like yoga. What we also enjoyed: The Alypa beach near it is wonderful, so scenic. There’s a very good family restaurant near it as well. It’s called to Steki. Make sure to check them out.

Like at home. One of the best villas we had during the last years. Superb pool, great view, comfy beds,super nice and helpful hosts. Perfect cleaned. All in a really nice small village, very quiet. Easy parking. We will definite come back.
