Thoughtful, caring, with a lot of attention to detail; just true hosts. Beds - comfy, perfect for a good sleep. Bathroom - good shower, good lighting, fluffy and good quality towels. Kitchen - everything that is needed and then some, coffee machine was putting a smile onto our faces in the morning. Entertainment - 2 tvs, Netflix, many language tv stations. Privacy - second to none.

The property has an outdoor dining area. The house is extremely well equipped. You really have everything if you want to cook or do some washing. What we especially liked was the large living room with the kitchen. And you can rent bicycles, there are six of them. The surrounding of the house is distinctly pleasant, you can also use the garden - in the company of hens and sheep. There were only three of us, but I can imagine a much larger group to have an excellent time in this property. And last but not least - Paulette is a fantastic host.

With city views, this accommodation features a patio. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. Nice quiet location very close to central Gouda. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and history. The host was very nice and provided suggestions for some things to see and do around the area.

Where else can you have your own castle ruin to explore? The apartment was amazing, great bed, kitchen and shower. We particularly loved meeting the lady of the Manor House! Hope all goes well with her 2 grand piano recital coming up! You are an inspiration to us. It was one of those places you want to keep to yourself…. But if you’ve found it now, go book and enjoy!
