The house is in a quiet place facing a lake and in pure nature. The gardens and space surrounding the house are very well looked after and have been well thought for a wonderful stay, as well as all equipments to make your stay memorable (garden furmiture and outside table for outside dining, barbecue, wood pool chairs to lay in the sun or below an olive tree). We loved the swing chairs and wood cut table facing the lake, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine in your hand. This was a truly Alentejo experience. We met our host and had the opportunity to exchange with him (thank you Pedro!, great people do make places great too!). We are already making plans to come back.

Spent 2 days in Tavira in the end of September. A lowely small town, which try to reserve its ffishing village history. Not two crowded and have great restaurants. Beaches in the neighbourhood with nice, mild water are especially good and different than on the west part of Algarve.

Igen jó hely volna Quarteria az Algarve déli parti...
Igen jó hely volna Quarteria az Algarve déli parti szakaszának felfedezésére, illetve oceánparti fürdésre is. Nemcsak csodálatos a szálloda elhelyezkedése, hanem nayon sokminden könnyen elérhető innen. Farotól Sagresig annyi itt a látnivaló, hogy akár két hétig is bőven akad hová menni. A szállodai ellátás épp akciós volt, nagyon bőségessvédasztos vacsorát lehetett kapni egészen kedvező áron. A kinti éttermi árak bőven magasabbnak tűntek, kávé, szendvics volt kint olcsóbb. A kikötő felé sétálva rengeteg bolt található a kis utcákban.

Faro is a small town with a nice old town area. The port is impressively. We think enough 2 days in Faro and Ria Formosa. Every monuments ... by walk, so do not need to use the public transport. We ate a perfect dinner and lunch O Castello with the quality view to the Ria Formosa (we just offer it to everyone. 8-14Eur/meal) We rent a car and dicoverd Algarve (Lagos, Sagres, St Vicente, Benagil - Camilo - Paraiso and so on).

Kicsi, de szép és hangulatos óváros. Gyönyörű homokos strandok. Érdemes kocsit bérelni és bejárni innen az Algarve régió partjait. Fantasztikus homokos strandok, gyönyörű kirándulóhelyek, hihetetlen panorámával, kellemes városkák... Remek hely a kikapcsolódásra , természet járásra.

It has also a typical vibe because of the english tourists but it is a good location where you can explore Algarve from (Falesia beach, Benagil caves, dolphins etc)

The apartment was a nice bungalow. It was well equipped with everything I needed to stay for one week. There was a supermarket, a bar, and a restaurant within a small walk. There's also a nice swimming pool. It was surrounded by gardens. It's conveniently located very near the Barril beach, which is huge and has good services.

The town house we stayed it was beautiful and very clean. The pool area just outside was perfect for my kids and we didn't have to struggle finding sun loungers as we could see them from the back patio. Everything was spacious and clean for a decent price. The facilities appear to be well maintained. Kitchen had the basics, but just what we needed. Breakfast was small but very good. The location seemed a little far from town at first, but after a day or so we got used to it and enjoyed the peacefulness of the location.

Great location. Lots of activities at the resort. The apartment really good. 2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite shower.And additional bathroom. Huge balcony which was terriffic. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
